I wish I could narrow it down to a mod incompatibility, but that is not the case. One of the best mods, I've ever seen. If the FPS can't be fixed the mod must be poorly optimized. It is a luxurious underground vault that was abandoned by it's previous owner. The optimization I'm discussing above is not texture optimization, but optimization of the scripts and quest steps and stages.

The rescue mission was a pretty hard fight, and most of the other quests were pretty interesting. New trigger volumes were added at the entrance of the town for the new quests.
